Consultation first for new clients+
If you're new, please book a consultation so we can learn your hair, your goals, and the right path forward.
Non-refundable deposit+
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your time and prepare for your visit.
72-hour cancellation policy+
We require 3 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancels and no-shows are charged 100% of the service.
Confirmation texts+
You'll receive a confirmation text 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.
Booking & rescheduling+
All bookings and rescheduling are handled through our Vagaro profile.
